I ordered from apc-us.com and it was a easy experience. I got the tracking email not long after placing the order, which was nice because I’m one of those people who checks tracking way too much, usually while drinking coffee in the morning. The package actually showed up a couple days early, which surprised me. The box looked fine, no dents or weird damage, and everything inside was good. Nothing exciting or complicated, just a smooth order, and I’d probably buy from them again.

I only had to return one item, so I can’t say how it always goes, but my experience was smooth. The refund showed up after a few days and there wasn’t really any hassle.

I’d say it’s worth it if reliability and buying direct matter to you, but if you’re mainly looking for the best price, it’s probably smart to compare first.

I found the replacement battery I needed right away and was good to go. Super easy, no hassle.
